Be Strong!

Taken from iluvislam

Kia Kaha!

Kia Kaha means "Be strong in the face of challenge,"

“Strong” is the key word here. Any person who is incapable of making decisions in difficult situations has a great need to pretend to be strong. Being strong and powerful refers to inner strength and power over yourself. No one can manage, lead or influence someone else if they, themselves, are out-of-control.

Sometimes, life's struggles can bring us to our knees, making us bitter or sad or make us learn and from learning make us strong. To be strong, we have to learn how to forgive ourself, forgive others, forget the past, try to move on and never give up. As Mahatma Gandhi said, "The weak can never forgive. Forgiveness is the attribute of the strong."

**On being strong, someone said 'I'm going to smile like nothings wrong, talk like everything's perfect, act like its all a dream, pretend its not hurting me'

We have that strength lies within us, it is just either we realize it or not..and whether we take any action on it. One person strength differs from another but most of all HE had make the path for us to be strong to face challenges, come what may.

U are one strong person too, and so is she. :)
