I would like to wish everyone Selamat Hari Raya Aidil Fitri Maaf Zahir and Batin. May this year celebration would be the best ever celebrated by each of you. It’s time to forgive and closing the relationship especially with the love ones. I’ll be going back to hometown perhaps tomorrow morning. As usual it would be a hectic and tiring drive ~300 km from Kuala Lumpur to my hometown. Well, it’s only once a year. So I guess I should be allright eventhough I might have to drive for about 4 hours. Till then, have a nice holiday to all, and catch u later.

THE PRIME Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi has announced that the Cabinet has agreed to a further reduction of 10 sen per litre for fuel effective midnight today. He said it is the lowest the Government could give.

Terharu!
Aku dah bosan tgk almari buruk kat belakang rumah.
Rase nak pecahkan dan buang kat tempat sampah.
Tapi tak pernah tercapai cita-cita tuh.
Tak tahu kenapa.
Lately, baru aku perasan kenapa. Almari tu dah jadi tempat berteduh seekor 'miow' dan anak-anaknya yang Comel gile! Mungkin hati aku terasa berat nak 'hapuskan' tempat berteduh dorang. Jadi aku biarkan, biarpun setiap malam anak-anak kucing yang Comel tuh mengganggu tidur aku dengan bunyi-bunyi.
Walaupun tak pernah suka pada kucing, aku sedar sesuatu malam ni, bila aku mengendap dicelah-celah tingkap aku, aku nampak kasihnya Ibu pada anak-anak tu dari seekor kucing. Belaian, gurauan dan sebagainya dengan cara mereka. Terharu! Ingat kat mama aku!

What would I say? She Has Lied!
Theresa Kok. The Liar. Simple words.
I recall her saying “The food during ISA is almost like dog food” and I saw the words coming out of her very own mouth.
Day after that, she came on TV stating she was given fish and chicken, and said “I didn’t mean similar like dog food, but a little better than dog food“, while she stressed the word “a little better“.

If these statements attributed to her in her press release were prepared or approved by her for publication and if I were a constituent of hers, I would have serious reservations about her ability to communicate my needs as a constituent to the legislature.

Tazkirah - Lailatul Qadr
Qadr means honor and dignity. Lailatul Qadr means the night of honor and dignity. It is this night in which the first Divine Revelation came to the Prophet SAW, when he was in prayer in the cave of Hira. Since this night enjoys the honor of having the first revelation brought to the Prophet SAW, it has been named Lailatul Qadr.
Lailatul Qadr is the Most Blessed Night and indeed a great amount of value. It falls on one the odd nights of the last ten days of Ramadhan [21, 23, 25, 27, and 29]. The Night is better than a thousand months [worshiping Allah SWT in that night is better than worshiping Him a thousand months, 83 years and 4 months]. A believing person should strive to encounter the night with worship, if encountered all of the previous sins and misdeeds will be forgiven.
So what happens on this night? On this night, people who fast try and make even more ibadah (worship) than the other nights in Ramadan. It is better than a thousand months, and so is very special and unique. Muslims try to read more Qur'an and perform nafil salats. They make more Dhikr and remember Allah more. Many Muslims stay up all night in ibadah, so that they could take advantage of this special night, because it only comes once a year.
Allah SAW has explained how special Lailatul Qadr is in the Qur'an:
"Surely we have revealed the Qur'an on the Night of Al-Qadr, the Night of Al-Qadr is better than a thousand months, the Angels and the Spirit (Jibrael) Descend in it by their Lords permission, with every decree. Peace it is, until the break of Dawn."
[Surah Al-Qadr, 97: 1-5]
Dua recited on Lailatul Qadr:
Allahumma innaka 'affuwwun tuhibbul 'afwa fa'fu 'anni' "
Oh Allah You are The One Who pardons greatly, and loves to pardon, so pardon me.
It may be that you may leave the Masjid after Fajr one day without realizing that you have been forgiven by Allah the Most Merciful. A person who misses it has indeed missed a great amount of good. Take advantage of this night, from sunset till sunrise. Offer nawafil (prayers), recite Quran, do repent (Istaghfar) and pray for pardon, recite many Salawat and make benediction (Dua's). InsyaAllah.
